As a Talent/Recruitment Sourcer for EY, you will work closely with recruitment team to proactively attract talented professionals to join EY. Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of various roles and how they fit into the organisation.

Your day to day will include -


  • Develop and lead projects and initiatives to increase candidate pipeline

  • Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process

  • Act as a search expert for various business areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements

  • Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, web sourcing etc

  • Develop talent communities for niche recruitment campaigns as well as sustained marketing outreach

  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies

  • Commit to own personal development and ensure capability and skills are always up to date

  • Produce reports to communicate progress to recruitment team


In order to be successful in this role candidates should have:

  • 2 years of sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team, preferably across various roles & disciplines

  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill roles

  • Real experience of sourcing passive candidates and winning in very competitive situations

  • Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach to work

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong team player and flexible in their approach to work

  • Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales
