Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager the objective of this role is to deliver an excellent standard of Sales Support to the Benelux region for both channel and xSP business. With this role you will be part of the Customer operations team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business working closely with the Field Sales teams, Marketing and Channel Partners. This role requires candidates to be highly motivated with excellent Communication and organisational skills.

  • Responsible for the management, promotion and generation of Sales Support Activities in Benelux region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team, Trend Micro distribution partners and resellers across the region to deliver support required in order to help grow the business.

  • Assist the sales team achieve their revenue number by alleviating them of all Operational admin tasks.

  • Manage an efficient inbound query handling service from Sales, distributors, Resellers & End-Users coming first point of contact for all operational queries.

  • SME for Sales force support account creation, assignment and opportunity management, ensuring sales pipeline records are updated accordingly.

  • Record, Manage & redirect leads/opportunities to sales where necessary.

  • Deliver clear messages to the channel; supporting sales and marketing campaigns where required.

  • Communication, training and educating customers on pricing, applicable systems, processes and procedures.

  • Support and manage the xSP business for Benelux, focussing on the reporting MSP’s ensuring setup on LMP, day to day support and usage reporting is accurate and submitted on time.

  • Initiate regular update meetings/conference calls with Sales teams with the purpose of keeping them informed of activities, performance and general feedback from the channel.

  • Become familiar with all in-house systems which support the business, and maintain accordingly.

  • Motivated to drive and achieve all key objectives of the role.

  • Able to analyse the service provided using key performance indicators. This will involve the recording of daily inbound query volumes and types, and analyse with a view to taking corrective actions. The results of which should enhance existing services or create new valuable services to the business.

  • Able to streamline continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures.

  • Able to take ownership of and drive revenue opportunities

  • Able to evolve the role according to business needs, adding value to the existing role.

  • Fluent knowledge in written and spoken English (any other European language is an advantage)

  • Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar Sales/Customer support role

  • Good understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organisation

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Excellent administration, organisational, analytical and time management skills

  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Strong ability to troubleshoot problems, execute & deliver results.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure

  • Ability to proactively improve processes and drive efficiencies
