Individual Accountabilities:

  • Build expertise in functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines attending training as required
  • Complete accurate processing of system information to meet internal standards (SOPS, Job Aids etc.)
  • Collaborate with others to drive success of team
  • Raise ideas to manager to support operational improvements
  • Respond in a timely manner to queries such as clients/internal departments
  • Conform with the 'risk' escalation chain e.g. for operational issues and suspicious transactions
  • Manage own continued professional development, by engaging in the PPR process and attending relevant training per development pathways
  • Perform other duties as required

Shared Accountabilities

  • Work with clients and STT teams to deliver and define client service parameters
  • Drive open communication between Client Service Operations, COEs, and Shared Services
  • Notify Relationship Management / Sales of any potential cross-selling leads
  • Identify and escalate service level and key control issues to higher management
  • Provide functional expertise and introduce client to other State Street experts as needed

Proficiency Expectation:

  • Competent (Technical), Professional (Advanced Beginner) with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Finance or related field preferred. 1-2 years of related experience

  • Data & Analysis– Develop and maintain scorecards and metrics. Collect, analyze, package and communicate data at various levels for use by stakeholders
