Purpose Of Role

For the duration of this 6-month fixed term contract, to provide project support to the GHR Ireland Country Head and Senior HR Business Partner - GS Offshore EMEA, on committed and future projects arising specifically relating to: Ireland Strategy, post-Brexit implications, corporate governance and control environment resulting from First Line of Defence (FLOD).

Major Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans for major initiatives
  • Annotate actions from meetings and circulate to relevant project group or
  • update project plan as appropriate
  • Work with GHR Ireland Country Head in reviewing, assessing and
  • maintaining Control Validation Review (CVR) status in preparation for
  • Compliance Oversight Program (COP) monitoring. Plan and annotate
  • CVR refresh relevant across Ireland business consistency of approach.
  • Support GHR Ireland Country Head in review of monthly and quarterly
  • reporting requirements
  • Support GHR Ireland Country Head in other ad hoc initiatives/requests as
  • they arise
  • Provide support across the GHR CoE initiatives as and when required

Level of Education / Specific Qualifications:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience. Preferably hold CIPD
  • Previous experience within financial services industry preferable

  • Project and Change management skills (Beginner level)
