Opened in 2009 the Citi Innovation Lab Dublin was the first Lab in Citi’s now large global Lab network. Operating on a lean start-up model, the labs have the agility to move a new solution from incubation to launch more quickly which allows Citi to bring Innovative new products to market faster.
Citi Innovation Lab Dublin specializes in helping Citi to deliver on its ambition of being the world's leading digital bank. For our corporate clients, the lab focuses on developing new banking channels such as mobile and tablet; exploring new technologies to enhance our client's experience in working with Citi. Through the use big data analytics the Lab helps to create cross-product solutions that improve our client's working capital, stabilize their supply chains and improve their processing efficiency.
For our public sector clients, the lab focuses on solving key challenges in digitizing the delivery of public services; exploring opportunities inherent in disruptive new technologies such as digital money; and in helping the sector tackle fraud and overpayments in the delivery of government benefits.
The Administrator must be highly motivated, have a proven ability and experienced working with senior client stakeholders.
The successful candidate is expected to manage day to day office management of the lab including but not limited to ownership of the lab events calendar, coordination of client visits, procurement and invoice management and day to day administration support for senior members of the lab team.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a large team of highly motivated individuals within Citi’s globally innovation lab network.

Key Responsibilities : In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Head of the Innovation Lab and the Head of Technology (extensive calendarmanagement; booking international travel and accommodation; organising internal and external meetings, tele and video conferences; expense reports; minute taking)
Organisation and coordination of complex meetings with external clients
Providing back up support for the Lab team: arrange and manage Innovation workshops and senior sponsor visits to the lab
Create new & maintain existing partner and vendor relationships
Coordinate and support the creation of SOW estimates, proposals and tenders
Office management: maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs; ordering stationery and office supplies; liaising with IT specialists to resolve issues; coordinating on and off boarding of new hires/leavers; processing invoices and raising Purchase Orders
Effective upward and downward communication on all notableprogress to all key stakeholders
Manage the Innovation lab websites and periodic communications out to TTS Product and Tech on lab projects and progress our portfolios.
Own the administration of the labs projects with in the project management systems

Proven history of working as a single point of contact for key third party vendors
Provide general support
Experience with accounts or managing invoices.
Proven ability at managing and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Comfortable with working in rapidly evolving landscape.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups from senior stakeholders and clients to junior team members.
A number of skills will be strengthened by this position including senior stakeholder management, tactical & operational solution provision, and senior internal/external client interaction.
Extensive years experience in a similar role.
Project management and Event management experience.
Experience supporting the day to day activities of senior managers working in a high paced environment.
