Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitive activity within accounts and take appropriate pro-active / reactive measures to protect existing revenue base and growth opportunities

  • Execute daily activity levels including call and quote activities

  • 100% usage of CRM tool (Salesforce.com) – including analysis of given reporting.

  • Pipeline management is crucial; adhere to Channel KPI’s

  • Carry out account portfolio reviews with your direct manager such as – developing account base, gap analysis, share-of-wallet information on each account, review growth potential, etc

  • Work and engage with the Field sales forces to help close large deals + also to drive growth and an increased share of wallet with specific accounts

  • Resolve customer concerns in an efficient and timely manner regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service and finance

Essential Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience in a channel/Segment sales role

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Highly motivated and results orientated
