The Citi Architecture and Technology Engineering (CATE) Citi Developer organization oversees the engineering, development, maintenance and support of Developer Tools and Systems across the Enterprise.

This position will be part of a globally distributed team that supports the engineering deliverables from CATE for CitiSystems and CitiStorage.

·As a Storage Development Engineer you will assists in the planning, communications, scripting and execution for assigned testing for emerging storage and operating systems technologies.

·Your primary task will be in designing, programming and executing test automation to ensure the correct operation of Cloud technologies.

·You will perform regression, integration and fault injection testing activities across our systems/platforms for process/operational improvements.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

·Detailed technical knowledge and hands-on experience of DevOps, Automation, Build Engineering and Configuration Management (CHEF).

·Extensive experience in the design and implementation of fully automated Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment pipelines and DevOps processes for Agile projects across the Financial Sector.

·Version Control Systems: Subversion, Git, Rational Team Concert, Perforce, ClearCase, CA Harvest

· Automation/Build Tools: Jenkins and JNLP Slave Nodes, Docker, Chef, RLM, Nexus, Ivy, Artifactory, Ansible, TeamCity, Bamboo

· Testing tools: SonarQube, FitNesse, Selenium, EMMA, Cucumber, Thucydides, WebDriver, Junit, DBUnit etc

· Platforms: Linux and UNIX, OpenShift, Windows Server, Cloud technologies

·Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL6 and RHEL7)

·Scripting and programming skills (BASH, Python, Perl, PHP)

·Anaconda and Kickstart

·RPM Packaging (rpmbuild)

·YUM concepts and repo configuration

·Networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewall, routing, protocols)

·Experience developing product documentation

·Linux performance analysis, tuning and troubleshooting

·Industry certification such as RHCE is a plus

·Host storage solutions including multipath and/or clustering

·Experience configuring X86 hardware server and blades

·Virtualization experience (VMware or KVM)

·Cloud computing concepts, IaaS and/or PaaS
