Requirements

We’re looking to hire an experienced Customer Support Executive to work on cutting-edge web based software.

You will be serving clients all around the world on a daily basis and working closely with the sales and product development teams to help achieve customer success.

ViaSat Dublin is seeking an ambitious and passionate Customer Support Executive, responsible for providing the best product experience to our customers and helping ViaSat understand customer requirements.

The role is suited to a professional with determination and passion for customer support and an interest in internet and mobile technology. You must be a confident communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills.

The role offers significant potential for career development and advancement.

In this role you will engage with the global aviation market to provide excellent product experience of our software. You will work with prospective customers on onboarding, training and support throughout the trial of our AeroDocs Document Management System.

You’ll also work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Professional Services teams to strategize on account growth, prepare proposals, and share customer needs & successes. The company offers great potential for learning, and growth.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Provide superior product trial customer service

  • Anticipate and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Develop good understanding of product current and upcoming features

  • Identify opportunities to answer questions, even before they arise

  • Provide instructions and assist users in navigation through software

  • Reach out proactively to trial users to onboard, assist with questions and collect feedback

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customers

What you Need:

  • 2+ years experience in an entry level customer support role

  • ​A self-starter with desire to take ownership of the role and above responsibilities

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn software and new tools quickly

  • Organizational skills, creativity, and a solution-oriented focus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
