DC Analyst - Team Leader
We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader within the Wealth Consulting Support Group to manage a team who will be focussed on providing support to the DC investment and retirement consultants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring key Business metrics and development of our people. Team Leaders are expected to provide leadership and to contribute to the development of Mercer’s Wealth Business.
Report To: Emma Townley
Direct Reports: 6-8
Manage a team that delivers against key performance targets
Manage the delivery of the highest level of service to our internal and external clients consistent with their expectations
Work proactively to strengthen relationships with other parts of the business to enhance our ability to deliver service to our clients.
Develop, lead and motivate people.
Promote performance, skills and career development initiatives and continuously improve levels of career satisfaction amongst our people
Identify and implement business solutions to continuously improve the operation of the division.
At least 4 years’ experience
Candidate must be at least grade E or F currently
Proven ability to organise your workload and delegate appropriately
An ability to mentor and develop your colleagues in Mercer
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate others
An ability to prioritise work and liaise effectively with internal and external clients
