What you’ll be doing… *LI-EO1

  • Supporting your local Sales territory and the global team by preparing and approving quotes, advising on deal structures and processes, and fulfilling completed orders.

  • Ensure efficient execution of deals through standard flow processes on an ongoing basis. Anticipate and align to support account teams’ business needs in successful execution of deals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Evaluate and answer internal and external inquiries, routing to supporting teams where necessary, and following up to ensure satisfactory closure.

  • Review and verify incoming orders for accuracy, including confirming contract terms, contact and billing information, pricing, policies, existing legal agreements/pre-existing terms, promotions and purchase order terms and conditions.

  • Work with Sales Management, Finance, Legal, and Customer Operations members to create deal reviews for approvals/sign-off and determine best action for fulfillment issues as required.

  • Use and other tools to accurately profile customer accounts in order to create quotes/schedules/amendments that reflect product upgrades and conversions, consolidation and co-termination of maintenance renewal and add-on orders with cumulative discounting structures

  • Maintain Special Handling Objects, Pricing Agreements and other customer records and be subject matter expert on the nuances of customer accounts within your territory.

  • Operate as an escalation point to business partners for quote-to-cash operations, ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies, and coordinate policy exception requests where appropriates

  • Help support system tie-outs and delivery timing/completion details for revenue recognition with Services, Accounting and Customer Service teams.

  • Act as the primary liaison with all cross-functional business partners involved in the order process to facilitate deal closure.

  • Drive deal efficiencies by establishing productive working relationships and feedback structures with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations management.

  • Support the Customer Operations Management, Executive, Marketing, Channel and Sales Teams for customer specific tasks as required.

  • Participate in special projects as needed and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.

Who you are… *L

  • Commercially focused & Process driven. Familiarity of Deal Desk, Contracts, Order Management, Sales operations or similar functions for software sales a distinct advantage

  • Experienced. Significant experience of order transaction processing and/or customer service experience in a business environment processing a high volume of transactions of varying degrees of complexity using a computer-based order entry (CRM or ERP) system

  • Understanding . Knowledge of enterprise software, especially sales and procurement processes, purchasing agreements and purchase order terms & conditions. Experience with, licensing models and MSLA/SLAs preferred

  • Quick Learner & Problem Solver. Issue/inquiry identification and resolution experience. Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and policies while providing solutions in occasionally ambiguous situations in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent Communication. Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills

  • Service Minded. You deliver customer and partner support like you expect to receive it; with excellence

  • Flexible. Must be able to work flexible / on-call hours on a rotating schedule – including evenings, holidays and weekends if necessary to ensure timely and accurate completion of work deliverables on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Educated. Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required.

  • International. (For Dublin base role) Fluent English required. A second European language, especially French or German, a distinct advantage.
