Microsoft Corporation Director, Sports Business Development in Dublin, Ireland
Subject Matter Expert in the Sports Industry, responsible of driving solution sales, articulate MS value proposition and build scalable go-to-market engines via partners, field teams and MS Corp programs. Develop new offerings and partners, orchestrating local v-teams/customers/partners from 10% to 100% ensuring deal closing.
•Engage Clubs/Leagues/Federations/CSV CXOs and drive sales with Partners and MS field.
•Sell and evolve sports offerings (Fan Engagement MS Sports Digital Platform – MSDP via MCS and MSDP SaaS via partners, CEO dashboard BI, Smart Venue and Team Performance).
•Recruit and develop partners to enrich & scale the Sports play (ISVs to enrich, SIs & resellers to scale), leveraging the Global Sports Innovation Center
•SME on Sports, strong in pipeline management & ROB, coach and support MS/Partners sellers to win opportunities
•Be Microsoft´s representative and spokesperson in Sports forums
•Engage and connect w/other industry leads to sell the MSDP in other verticals (ie Retail, Gov, FS)
•Defines the Corp Sports Go-To-Market plan.
Skills and Specifications: Drive for results, solution sales and marketing skills, teamwork, good interpersonal & presentations skills. Ideally solid background in digital marketing & ecommerce
Education and Qualification: Engineering or IT. MBA or Marketing/Business post-graduate programs preferred.
