CPM Eir Mid Market Account Manager - €37k OTE in Dublin, Ireland

We are currently recruiting for Mid Market Account Manager to join the Eir Business Channel.

We offer a highly competitive package, along with opportunity for top performers to progress:

€28,000 salary

30% uncapped bonus

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Location - HSQ

  • To drive opportunity identification and conversion for the appropriate suite of eir’s fixed, data, ICT solutions portfolio and eir Mobile in line with business targets.

  • To achieve sales quotas and goals by ensuring that all sales leads are identified confirmed with the customer and then converted.

  • To effectively manage customer relationships in line with contact strategies

  • To protect revenue, to win back business from competitors and to develop future business growth, ensuring that targets are exceeded.

  • Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as: projects, campaigns, site visits or promotions.

  • Partner effectively with field sales support teams to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • To understand the customers’ key business drivers and strategic requirements and align our solutions and offerings to provide maximum value to eir and the client

Cross Functional

  • To ensure all customer contact information is gathered and accurately inputted into the CRM system

  • To provide competitor feedback and industry insight to Sales and Marketing management

  • To develop, maintain and update appropriate development plans for customers, in conjunction with other virtual team members; specifically Business Development and Business Solutions teams

  • To maintain and improve knowledge on all new and existing products and services and on competitors’ offerings

  • Manage internal relationships to ensure that sales are fulfilled

  • Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Manager and Head of account manger

  • To maintain regular and focused contact with members of the virtual team. (BSC, Sales Support, ICT, Business Solutions, eir mobile)

Functional

  • Cover voicemail and email for inside sales colleagues while members are on vacation or unable to access their mailbox

  • Communicates professionally and generates enthusiasm about company, product and job

  • Ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve issues

  • Manage sales funnel development by entering and update all customer opportunities and lead via our CRM system

  • Should have 4+ years sales experience in Telecoms with experience selling into SMB and Commercial clients

  • A proven track record in overachieving on sales targets.

  • Experience in developing new and existing clients.

  • Pro-active with excellent communication skills

  • Strong relationship building skills with the capability of working cross functionally

  • An understanding of eir’s products and services a distinct advantage

  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint PC Skills essential
