The purpose of this role is to be part of the team that leads development of media strategies and plans for Kellogg cereal brands across Europe and ensure these are translated into local market media & communication plans.

This role collaborates with the Brand Marketing, Kellogg Digital and several agency teams to effectively and efficiently deliver successful media campaigns as part of our integrated commercial planning process.


  • To be part of the team that leads development of media strategies and plans for Kellogg cereal brands working closely with brand teams, agencies, key markets and wider media and marketing operations team;

  • Ensure the brand communication plans and media strategies are translated into relevant local market media plans, working closely with the countries’ marketing teams and brand teams and approving those local plans;

  • Manage the media plans across the year incorporating all amends required both from a central and local market level;

  • Manage the budgets for their brands ensuring all information is up to date for approving, raising POs and budget forecasting;

  • Optimisation of media investments on your brands and in our markets, improving media efficiencies and effectiveness working closely with the modelling team and analytic agency partners.


  • Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, relevant experiente in media planning & integrated communications development within an agency or marketing organization;

  • Work well as part of a team, with the capability to manage with influence at all levels, and can build strong relationships with agency partners and marketing teams within Europe;

  • Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build “long distance” relationships is essential;

  • Fluent English – verbal & written.
