This role will be located in Dublin and the incumbent will be responsible for Product solutions, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Definition and strategy of the product offering, ensuring Citi grows its position in the market while defending our platinum relationships.
Global Custody provides services to a wide range of clients including Insurance companies, Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Banks, Broker/Dealers, Private Banks and Central Banks
Global custody is a part of the Custody and Fund Services organisation. CFS capabilities include a full suite of fund administration and middle office services as well as custody capabilities in 106 markets
This role will form part of the existing product team and focus on execution of Global Custody strategy within the region.
Execution against strategy to increase revenues and margin in line with EMEA business objectives
Enhance GC product to ensure Citi’s offering is highly competitive in terms of capability and client experience vs competitor products, and own and lead initiatives to consistently deliver a leading product and service proposition
Partner with CFS Sales organization to complete RFPs, client pitches, contract and commercial negotiations
Manage senior client engagement and relationships
Monitor service indicators to ensure client satisfaction, measuring actual performance and driving corrective action where required
Management of client profitability
Business and product management
Drive product innovation to determine long-term product direction
Issuance of Global Custody marketing materials
Maintain industry presence though industry groups, associations and forums
Extensive years of plus industry experience
Strong understanding of the Global Custody business and external environment
Proven leadership ability in a business, client or operational role
Demonstrated experience in managing change, including introduction of emerging technologies
RFP management and client pitch experience
Commercial and contract management experience Skills:
Ability to execute in a large matrixed organization
Ability to forge strong relationships with senior client contacts
Define, document and execute product enhancements
Ability to foster teamwork and develop matrix teams to execute client solutions
Strong project management and execution skills
Qualifications: graduate / MBA / or postgraduate qualification plus relevant industry experience
The role is a ‘Controlled function’ CF as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.
