Intern –Organisational Development Team
The EMEA Oracle Digital (OD) Organisational Development
(OrgDev) Team is responsible for managing strategic improvement initiatives
within Oracle Digital EMEA, supporting employees to reach their full potential
professionally and personally by providing a transformational culture that
ensures employees feel valued and engaged.
This role will help support and
coordinate special organisational performance improvement programmes including the University Visit Programme, the
Oracle Digital Internal Communication Platform)
that are uniquely delivered across Oracle Digital EMEA, helping us in
future-proofing our organisation.
Managing the logistics for meetings, internalevents including organising catering, room bookings, liaising with suppliers& facilities & being on-site at events when required.
Raising purchase orders via the procurementsystem, keep track of budgets & liaising with suppliers on invoicing &payment.
Co-ordinating the logistics for project workincluding managing a central storage system for ongoing work.
Supplier management – setting up new suppliersin the system & liaising with current suppliers for different events &projects.
Ensuringthe internal communications platform is up to date by posting articles,updating the homepage feature banner, ensuring consistency across the platform.
Communicatingwith EMEA Site Leaders to persuade them to use the platform.
Reviewingand publishing articles on Site Leaders / Journalists behalf
Sendbi-weekly statistics to Oracle Digital Site Leaders.
Understanding the different stakeholders withinOracle & working with them when required.
Supporting the Organisational Development teamin planning, promoting & executing various events (including administrativeand logistics support).
Well developed interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate people
Experience working in a dynamic fast pacedcommercial organisation
Relevant third level education qualification(with possible specialism in Business, Project Management, Operations, etc.)
Experience of working with a variety of multiplestakeholders and being able to balance their requests and build rapport acrossall levels within the organisation
Experience in gathering and assessing data,advantageous
Experienced skill set in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
Ability to juggle multiple projects,organizational abilities, creative ideas and administrative tasks in a fastpaced environment and deliver on deadline
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative,creativity and commitment
Ability to work in a busy, changing environment
