As Senior Marketing Manager, you ll be responsible for delivering a mix of demand generation campaigns into the UKI & NL markets. The purpose of these campaigns is to educate our target market and drive demand at scale for LinkedIn s Sales Solutions products and services, with a focus on our SMB and Mid-Market segments. You ll work closely with a broad array of stakeholders, including the Sales and Sales Development teams, business operations and marketing colleagues to drive business results that hit our pipeline, revenue goals and retention goals.
You ll have experience developing and implementing compelling, successful campaigns. Campaign channels will include email, digital, social, webcasts, and events. In addition to a solid marketing campaigns background you ll have strong communication skills and be adept at working cross functionally, challenging the status quo and delivering results.
This is a hands-on role based in Dublin. The successful candidate will establish credibility with the sales team and marketing organisations using their passion and professionalism.

Develop and execute regional strategy supported by integrated marketing plans spanning online and offline channels to generate leads for sales and build awareness for our sales solutions in UKI & NL
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (e.g. other members from across the marketing team, business operations, business analytics, external agencies) to design and implement campaigns
Work hand in hand with regional Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Development teams to define, measure and achieve joint goals for lead gen and sales
Track progress and report on lead generation, opportunity conversion and win/loss from our CRM
Partner with Marketing Operations to refine our targeting and segmentation, supported by robust propensity and lead scoring models
Partner with Product Marketing, Content & Social teams to develop compelling GTMs that articulate our key product benefits to the right segments in the region
Leverage the U.S. and APAC demand gen teams to extend go-to-market programmes originating outside of EMEA where appropriate (and vice versa)
Partner with the digital marketing team to leverage LinkedIn s own marketing solutions and paid media channels as integral elements of campaign channel mix
Execute high level events – from executive dinners to breakfast conferences, tradeshows and more
Some European travel may be required
Basic Qualifications :
6+ years marketing experience, of which at least 5 years B2B marketing experience gained in the tech or internet sector
Preferred Qualifications :
Proactive self-starter, highly detail oriented
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into simple concepts
Good understanding of CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing and email marketing platforms
Experience leveraging SEO, SEM, PR and social media as part of integrated demand gen programmes
Proven track record of analysing and optimising campaign performance and generating insights to increase customer acquisition and retention
Budget and vendor management experience
Strong copywriting, proofreading and communication skills
