Role: Administrator

Location: Dublin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, analyzes, maintains and tests new/existing functionality which supports internal business units or supporting functions.

  • Proficiency in designing, documenting, building, testing and deploying systems enhancements including: apex code, complex formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflow rules and actions, approval processes, and reporting and dashboards.

  • Communicate with admin and development team when necessary to troubleshoot and solve advanced/complex technical issues.

  • Partner with various internal teams to assist in solving technical problems or issues when necessary.

  • Provide assistance and/or take ownership of escalated or complex issues or problems and follow through to resolution.

  • Configuration and maintenance of user security permissions and hierarchies to comply with organizational requirements and/or SOX policies.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment and support.

  • Work independently to make decisions regarding resolution of issues.

  • Review upcoming release features as well as other integrated applications and provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Manages multiple initiatives and projects concurrently while maintaining accuracy of technical design and implementation

  • Acts as an escalation resource for the team; helping identify and resolve business critical or complex issues

  • Reviews enhancement requests by translating business requirements, providing initial technical assessment and assigning level of effort

  • Oversees the release management process to ensure a smooth deployment

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administration experience within

  • 1+ Experience with Apex and SOQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • certification(s)

  • Able to support custom-built, applications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science

  • Experience managing integrated applications such as DocuSign, Drawloop, InGenius, Apttus, Steelbrick, CPQ etc.

  • Experience with data analysis tools – Demand Tools (CRM Fusion) and/or Excel Connector a plus.

  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
