Role Description

The Mid-Market Account Manager engages with a portfolio of advertisers and agencies who are reaching their audience through Bing Ads. They seek solutions for their customers and sell through opportunities to increase the return on ad spend while at the same time driving toward sales targets.


•Develop and iterate effective portfolio and account plans

•Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform and campaign management

•Introduce and upsell new features to advertisers

•Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove blockers, and create a more seamless customer experience

•Ensure resolution of escalated customer issues

•Act as an ambassador and representative for Microsoft in the advertising and media community

•Develop and maintain an in depth understanding of performance advertising and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace

•Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem


•Multilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish

•Experience in a fast-paced client-facing role

•Bachelor’s degree required

•Demonstrated passion for performance advertising

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and create solutions

•Proven quantitative and analytical experience

•Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
