Applications are invited from candidates for the above position. Possessing a high level of organisational and interpersonal skills, the Secretarial Assistant will provide support to a consultancy team in the Retirement, Risk & Finance business.
Diary management, arranging meetings as well as drafting agendas and other communications
Managing consultant expenses and queries
Dealing with clients in a professional manner
Coordinating conference calls and travel arrangements for business meetings overseas
Typing letters and reports as well as preparing presentation material using MS PowerPoint
Preparing, collating, printing and packing mail merges using data drawn from Excel
Filing, archiving and other general administrative duties
Daily Post Opening at 9.00am
At least 3 years experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational, team player and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and be capable of working on his or her own initiative
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
