Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting our Global Teams and Stakeholders

  • Partners with Policy, Customer Operations and a global cross functional team to keep questionable listing and selling activity at manageable levels

  • Trains and supports downstream teams as well as assisting peers and colleagues on the Global Rules Team

  • Promotes best practice sharing across global teams as well as within own function, supporting shared learning

  • Rule Creation, Innovation and Maintenance:

  • Responsible for designated rule sets of moderate to high complexity, primarily related to listing and selling activities

  • Stays current on new trends and strategies by analyzing filter reports, engaging with global teams to identify movement, and conducting ad hoc statistical analysis

  • Organizes, documents and simplifies rules

  • Conducts statistical analysis and research to identify new and emerging trends

  • Assists in maintaining rule platform, deploying rule sets, and triaging and tracking bugs

  • Leadership

  • Leads complex projects including collaboration with business unit, product management and GCX

  • Effectively resolve conflict, remove roadblocks and support or lead on decision making or escalations that arise

  • Lead and manage change for the team, including developing and driving effective change plans and balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation

  • Develop effective plans to meet both short and longer term goals

  • Make sound decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations, including when under pressure
