This role will support our Inbound business and across all revenue lines of hire, market, sell and learn in addition to our Sales Solutions Outbound business. You will partner closely with marketing on demand gen programs/campaigns, and sales operations to elevate your business. Finally, as a leader within Sales Development, you will collaborate to develop the corporate sales strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve Sales objectives.
Responsibilities & Performance Objectives
What we will expect of you in your first 12 months is
To inspire, lead and engage sales managers and teams towards the organisation vision, mission and sales goals
To effectively manage 1st Line managers (Train, Coach, Develop) so they can be successful at meeting their respective team’s sales goals and at accomplishing their own development goals
To achieve aggressive acquisition targets in order to meet sales target for the sales team you will manage
To drive Operational Excellence through the adherence of Sales disciplines (e.g. tasks in anatomy of quarter, Sales Force.com hygiene, accurate forecasting)
To contribute actively to the design of Sales Development Strategy, in addition to the overall Sales Strategy of our hire, market, sell and learn business.
- Experience leading leaders in a sales/demand gen/customer selling environment across multiple geographies across EMEA
Track record of excellent and consistent solutions sales success across EMEA
Experience working in the technology industry
Experience leading sales teams targeting SMB and Enterprise accounts
Ability to manage through change in a high growth environment
Fluency in second European language (along with English)
