We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst who has experience across UK to be based in of our fantastic Dublin offices.

In this role, your primary responsibility is the preparation and delivery of a portion of the payroll product to our customers in the EMEASA region, which will include:

  • Preparationof payrolls across the EMEASA region

  • Respondingto inquiries from and providing information to employees, supervisors and HRpartners across the region

  • Preparationof monthly reports as required

  • Assistingwith special projects as they arise and playing an active role in initiatingand implementing process improvements

  • Maymaintain vacation, sick leave and other records

  • Mayperform audits of data entered into HR system (Workday) to ensure accuracy andcompliance

  • Monitor Vendors toensure optimum

What you will need to succeed:

  • Solid Payroll experience (UK)

  • Experience with working with systems

  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management

  • Excellent communicationskills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced,highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MSAccess, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
