EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Within the Center of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better. As a CoE employee you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:

  • Onsite and Remote BPC customer delivery for ONE service engagements, Focus TQM roles, Assessment and Optimization services and supporting critical Escalations primarily in the Americas region

  • BackOffice Support : US and EMEA technically supporting critical EPM issues across tools i.e. BPC, BOFC, FIM, Cloud for Planning

  • Provide BPC performance analysis and tuning

  • Customer Liaison: Being the initial contact for customers, accepting responsibility to ensure effective and proactive system management to ensure optimal satisfaction

  • Programming - Supporting our customer’s business processes through code optimization and development in ABAP.

  • Up-skill/train and provide knowledge transfer sessions to the team

  • Willingness to travel worldwide for customer engagements

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in one or more of the EPM tools: BPC Standard, Embedded, BPC 10.1, BOFC, FIM, SSM, DM

  • BW – Integrated Planning

  • Implementation experience in Consolidation projects

  • Familiarity with Business processes for Planning & Consolidation

  • Familiar with the BPC sizing, landscaping.

  • Exposure to HANA modelling & troubleshooting

  • Exposure to BW-IP Concepts

  • BPC Root cause Analysis and troubleshooting knowledge an advantage

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Graduated with an Honours Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or related discipline

  • Excellent customer focus, teamwork and communication skills (oral/written)

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
