Technology Project Manager
The Client Integration & Relationship Management function within Securities & Funds Services Technology are seeking an experienced Financial Services Technology Project Manager
The Client Integration team are the client-facing side of Investor Services Technology. The team manage the technology relationships for the firm’s largest (platinum) Securities & Funds Services clients and manage the integration of the firm's Investor Services & Prime Finance clients onto Citi’s platforms. This includes end-to-end ownership of all technology aspects of the integration including connectivity, management of specific client builds and deep involvement with application development teams. The department has a presence in EMEA, US & Asia.
This role may suit an individual with financial services project management experience who would like to expand to a Technology function, or to a technical financial services project manager who would like to further develop their career with client-facing responsibilities.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
·Manage client facing projects from early concept through to BAU transition to ensure successful and timely delivery of all phases
- Manage project communications and reporting including the effective management of technology risks and issues
·Assist in supporting larger technology programmes in conjunction with the senior programme managers on the team
·Actively manage scope changes and the impact to the overall plan and be the central point of liaison, communications and coordination between technical teams and other stakeholders throughout the change process
·To develop and demonstrate knowledge of the underlying technology stack and supported/related business area
·To build and maintain effective relationships with partners across Technology, Operations and Product divisions internally and with our clients
·Assess, understand and manage interdependencies with other projects
·To apply analytical, technical, and business skills and knowledge to any tasks falling under the remit of the CIRM team

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
·Experience deliveringprojects involving multiple stakeholders
·Experience in a Funds Services Operations or Technology role
·Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills and experience operating within a high pressure environment
·A delivery-focussed approach with a high level of attention to detail
·Tenacity – must have demonstrable ability to overcome ambiguity and obstacles
·A creative problem-solver
·An ability to absorb new information quickly and understand different business areas and technologies
·A proven ability to work on own initiative
·Strong communication and relationship-building skills
