Job Purpose:

This role is designed to ensure that risks associated with contracting third parties across the cluster are appropriately identified and managed. Role has a key contribution for maintaining a strong TPM process across Europe branches as per the firm’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Background:

Own the comprehensive Third Party Management framework for Europe Cluster branches (except UK and Ireland) including implementation and oversight of the Global TPM Policy as well as setting and driving, where required, country/Legal Vehicle standards complimentary to the Global Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with EMEA Third Party Management Office, CEP Ireland and cluster/country stakeholders to roll out, implement and monitor policy requirements.

• Represent Europe Cluster branches on the Third Party Management Program.

• Help establish and administer required cluster/country TPM Governance Forum(s.) Member of CEP’s TPM Committee (OROC) representing CEP Branches

• Working closely with Cluster/Country Business Activity Owners, Enterprise Supply Chain Third Party Utility (TPU), Country and Sector Third Party Officers (TPO’s)’s, Inter-Affiliate Relationship Management Team (IARM), OTRC CBDC team and Cluster Head develop and manage the Third Party Management Framework.

• Be a subject matter expert by understanding and implementing requirements relevant to Citi policies, legal and regulatory requirements that impact Third Party Management.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry knowledge about Third Party Management disciplines and how Third Parties contribute to achieving business goals.

• Ensure a strong understanding of and compliance across the Cluster with the Third Party Management Policies, identification of operational risks, internal, regulatory, reputational gaps.

• At a country and cluster level ensure effective management of Third Party Risk including MCA frame-work, metrics to provide early and timely detection, understanding business impact, reporting, escalation and remediation of unresolved issues and provide appropriate consultation to the EMEA Head of TPM about options for resolution. (Prevent and defend).

• Monitors Corrective Actions and remediation efforts in response to security events, assessment and audit results.

• Continually explore and implement solutions to efficiently manage the Third Party Programs and Controls and simplify the processes.

• Manage and provide guidance to support staff on areas of Third Party Management responsibilities and processes.
