The Oracle Sales and Partner Academy (OSPA) is responsible for enablement of the global Oracle sales community. The EMEA OD Program Services team facilitates successful training events for the Oracle Digital organization in the EMEA region. We are currently looking for a hard working individual to join the team.
The role will report to management in the OSPA Program Services organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring consistent and conducive learner environments for sales professionals by managing facility and vendor sourcing, procurement processing, attendee management, program communications, scheduling, and staffing.
Job duties are varied and require independent judgment. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following.
Provide high quality, responsive support to the EMEA OSPA team and the EMEA OD sales community
Enable the smooth and efficient processing and management of training programs as they progress through the stages of planning, execution, and wrap-up
Proactively screen events for roadblocks and track progress
Assist in the escalation of critical issues
Integrate with the EMEA OSPA team to gain understanding of business priorities and challenges
Work together with other Program Services team members to ensure coordination
Meet team key performance indicators and targets
Communicate metrics to management
Undertake admin responsibilities as needed
Undertake other projects as needed
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization
- s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.
