Role Summary

Our team is all about focusing on Partner Content Operations and Commerce Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Emphasis on driving high customer satisfaction and resolution Support Partner queries pertaining to video uploads, G verification, channel transfer, customer URL and copyright Troubleshoot and help resolve video playback issues Process refunds for accidental and unauthorised purchases Customer education on supported devices, purchase processes and features Social media support Collaboratively sharing feedback through appropriate channels related to tools, processes, or systemic user/product issues Qualifications: Required Skills/Competencies/Experience

Fluency in English and French. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Customer service mindset Ability to understand complex workflows to address partner queries Knowledge about monetizing content on YouTube Digital literacy, ability to troubleshoot complex partner issues Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills Internet Savvy, understand the players in this space Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment Significant attention to detail

Experience of working in a B2C environment

Technical Skills Requirement:

Familiarity with basic internet technologies (web, email, IM), software (browsers, common plug-ins, common web sites), and terminology
