Job Summary

AECOMs Dublin office are looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible for manning a busy front of house, greeting visitors, answering main switchboard, handling deliveries (incoming/outgoing) and all other reception duties.

Further responsibilities include;

Co-ordinate meeting rooms & manage booking system

Book projectors.

Incoming and Outgoing couriers & post.

Booking taxis & car hire.

Monitoring stationery & stock levels for office & facilities.

Arrange WIFI log-ins.

General administrative support as required to the team (including typing, printing, photocopying, document collation, binding, filing, scanning and archiving).

Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Overall ensure that the front desk is maintained to a high standard.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates with the following;

Previous Reception experience ideally gained within a corporate environment

Confident user of MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good attention to detail & time management.

Excellent English verbal & written

Proactive, confident & enthusiastic
