Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. is recruiting for an IT Lead, Manufacturing and Distribution/Warehousing Leader (LMDW). This position will be located in Limerick, IE.

Reporting to the IT Senior Manager, LMDW, and as a member of the IT Department focused on delivering IT solutions to the Supply Chain Make organization, this position is responsible for business relationship management with the site leaderhip team and prioritizing IT resources and implementing projects in line with business priorities.
•Partner with site leadership team to assess business priorities for IT site GxP systems.
•Leads assignments, programs and projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring that project plans are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives while following J&J system development lifecycle methodology, risk assessment and validation rules or compliance guidelines as needed.
•Provides coaching and guidance to peers, team members, co-ops and/or external consultants.
•Lead the identification of business needs and associated technology solutions and partner with the business and IT communities to implement.
•Analyzes business problems, opportunities, and challenges, factoring in a strong understanding of the technical architecture and the underlying drivers of the business.
•Balances the competing needs for innovation and standardization/process harmonization, frequently influencing business partners to align with best practices.
•Interfaces with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, or services and make recommendations.
•Partnering within a global matrix organization to successfully achieve business goals.
•Seeks new technologies to proactively improve work processes.
•Develop networks with internal and external business partners and proactively manages expectations.
Key Skills and Competencies required:
•University degree in Business or Information Technology related program or equivalent
•Minimum of 5 years business and/or technology management experience, including team and project management.
•Strong analytical and organisational skills required, including a thorough understanding of translating customer business needs into technology requirements.
•Has good understanding of business value and capabilities, and able to relate priorities to associated technology investments.
•Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams in applying IT to solve business problems.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with business partners, stakeholders and vendors.
•Defining system scope and objectives across diverse platforms, databases, software, hardware, technologies and tools
•Successful candidates will have knowledge of any of the following: client/server, web technologies, operating systems, networking, databases, GxP requirements, Computer Systems Validation, 21 CFR Part 11, 2000, Relational Database Concepts, Project Lifecycle Theory, Licensing, Change Management, SDLC Theory, Process Excellence.
•Considerable knowledge of healthcare, supply chain management.
