Establishes Data protection Agreement (DPA) and Supplier Compliance Oversight (SCOP) infrastructure, tools, policies, training, communications and other resources.
Provides direct global/business/region support to assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day oversight of related activities.
Assists the corporation/business/region in assessing supplier compliance risks and developing mitigating strategies.
With assistance from Legal ethics and compliance, the privacy & security teams, the compliance advisory team, and compliance subject matter experts, facilitate the development of compliance training requirements and monitor training completion globally or in the business unit/country/region.
May be responsible for advising on and overseeing the business unit/country/region’s compliance program activities
Coordinates with legal and other substantive compliance experts in the business to ensure compliance with policies and the law.
Lead compliance and data risk management and/or cross-functional strategic programs
Develop strategy and/or implement program (s) including policies, training, communications tools and resources
Lead General Data and Protection Agreement program (GDPR) for procurement
Leverages core E&C tools, policies, resources to promote the E&C program, policies, the law, reporting mechanisms, etc.
Partners with experts in Legal, Finance, Audit, HR and other substantive compliance experts throughout the organization to assess compliance risk and develop mitigation plans
Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree;
Law degree or experience within a Legal organisation
Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document data
Excellent understanding and application of business governance and compliance principles
Program/ Project management experience
