We're looking to recruit a sales support specialist for our vibrant, friendly Maynooth office.

The job will:

Support customers and the sales team with standard and non standard order processing, general pre-sales and post sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing the customer's satisfaction.

Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and performing outbound sales activities.

  • Responsible for data entry and sales order creation; maintain up to date assigned databases and systems to ensure accuracy.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team through the preparation and record keeping of sales contracts and quotations.

  • Assist in implementing programmes and projects such as business correspondence, phone answering and scheduling of meetings etc.

  • Undertake ad hoc administrative functions such as business correspondence, phone answering and scheduling of meetings.

  • Work with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices.

  • Updating discounts and CPA/SPA on SAP

  • Reviewing performance metrics to help ensure accuracy, reduce order process cycle time and improve customer satisfaction.
