Salessense Credit Controller in Mayo, Ireland

Reporting to: Financial Controller

  • Accountancy/Finance qualification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong Excel skills would be beneficial to your application

Skills:

  • Adept with a high volume environment

  • Processing/ data entry experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SAGE accounting

  • Self- motivated with an ability to multi-task

  • To chase private customer and the HSE for payments.

  • To deal with general account queries over the telephone and via email

  • Responsible for posting invoices on a daily basis and sending out to the customer

  • To assist with preparing remits from customer and posting payments on to sage

  • Manage ad-hoc requests and questions from other departments within the company

  • To carry out a credit rating on potential customers and to set up new customer accounts

  • To perform additional ad hoc tasks as required by the Company. The duties listed are not exhaustive.
