As Decision Support Manager for Beer you will report into the Head of Marketing Finance Europe and member of the European Strategy Team
Key Outcomes as Decision Support Manager
Strategy & Planning
Key players in 3-5 year category / brand strategic planning and evaluation of initiatives
Lead A&P planning process from Annual Strategy Planning to GAME to AOP to ensure monies are aligned behind strategic priorities:
Ensure each trademark has a clear brand pricing strategy in line with brand equity and is delivered in country
A&P Spend Efficiency and Business Partnering:
Drive timely completion of and rigor in M&E to maximise A&P efficiency & effectiveness in order to drive better investment decisions delivering higher returns:
Support and challenge the Marketing and Consumer Planning teams to ensure all spend pre and post activity is thoroughly evaluated, valid outcomes are concluded and learnings applied to future brand strategy – drive the process executed by the consumer marketing teams.
Execute a fit-for-purpose process, analysing and interpreting financial and non-financial measures including share and equity performance to drive decision making.
Provide comparison and insightful analysis of European Beer performance against our key competitors in beer industry.
Own Consumer A&P budget and O&R management:
Build financial capability within the consumer marketing team
Provide finance support on Innovation Gate papers on simple variant innovation off core product, e.g. new flavour variants in an existing range including completion of and provide finance support on Innovation Gate 6 reviews.
Own and understand the performance of our key external beer partners to ensure contractual financial adherence and performance insight

Essential Qualifications / knowledge / experience required / languages
•Qualified Accountant or MBA with a strong academic record and 5 years PQE
•Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
