Leads the engine acquisition and engine trading team at GE Aviation Materials. Responsible for managing the Green Time lease engine portfolio
Key Responsibilities Include :
P&L accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives
Develop and nurture relationships with potential buyers and sellers of engines in support meeting quarterly objectives
Manage the fleet of Green Time Engines in the GEAM portolio to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met and the financial objectives for each engine stay on track
Lead and grow the team of individuals in the engine trading team
Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term strategic planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy
Contribute in the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole
Drive discussions with other P&L leaders about future developments and consequences for the business unit
Major contribution to the strategic plan of higher unit
Presents to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, sr. VP) on technical discipline and business solutions
Works with cross business global teams across various functions
Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
