The Role - Level 6
Aon Captive Insurance Management (ACIM) is currently recruiting a Commercial Consultant to join our team either based in London or Dublin. You will be supporting our business globally to drive their growth agenda reporting directly into our ACIM Chief Commercial Officer.
As a Commercial Consultant some of your key responsibilities will involve;
Monitor Client Promise (Account) Plan completion during 2017 and provide feedback to and on the Client Promise (Account Planning) Role leaders and the quality of the plans drafted
Manage Tasks, Leads and Opportunities associated with the Aon Risk Solutions 1600 Campaign (as input into SFDC) coordinating with the regional Business Development leaders to ensure workflows are carried out in timely manner.
Monitor Activity Plan execution via Domicile Campaign Scorecards and SFDC data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain and develop collateral Library including scripted narrative for all points of parity and differentiation, up to date industry placemats, links to Winning Conversations case studies and other narratives
Support Request For Proposal response management and clearing house structure including tracking activities input into SFDC
Work with the domiciles to ensure that the appropriate management information is collected to update the campaign scorecards that reconcile to the Revenue Walk and that all stakeholders have access to the information they need
Support the preparation for and attendance at Industry Events
Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Review meetings
Assist with the preparation for our client symposium event
As a Commercial Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include;
Degree qualified or equivalent
Ideally Prince 2 qualified or equivalent
Relevant industry experience in a similar role either in financial services or Insurance/Reinsurance Industry
Strong management reporting and analytical background required.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder analysis, both verbal and written, with an ability to tailor messaging to suit different audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external clients at all levels of seniority.
Organised and disciplined with a close attention to detail.
Strong system skills
Ability to generate ideas and take ideas from inception to execution add in systems required.
