Corporate Tax:

We are recruiting for a talented Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our growing team. The role covers corporate and income tax compliance, capital gains tax, and tax planning/advisory work. Our clients range from multinational corporations to private indigenous entities and family businesses.

What will I be doing?

Typical activities will include the following:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of corporate tax clients.

  • Being involved in preparing the more complex aspects of tax returns, maintaining client relationships by being client facing and generally the main client contact.

  • Identifying planning opportunities and assisting with presentation to the client.

  • Dealing with Irish Revenue enquiries.

  • Practice management including billing, budgeting and monitoring WIP

  • Involvement in tax planning including group reorganisations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions etc.

  • Working with Senior Executives on technical assignments for new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

What do we look for?

Requirements for prospective candidates include:

  • Preferably AITI qualified.

  • Ideally, but not essential, ACA qualified.

  • Excellent Corporate Tax technical knowledge required.

  • Shows initiative and experienced in working towards deadlines.
