Bristol Myers Squibb QUALITY SYSTEMS Complaint Coordinator in United States

Bristol-Myers Squibb External Manufacturing located in Dublin 15 is looking for a Complaints Co-ordinator, responsible for managing complaints within the Global External Manufacturing organization.

  • The complaints co-ordinator is responsible for:

  • Reviewing and allocating incoming complaints.

  • Initiating investigations via the CMO and/or relevant BMS site and monitoring progress to close-out.

  • Documenting complaint investigations on the complaints management system (Trackwise).

  • Track progress of complaints on the complaints management system (Trackwise) and participate in weekly meetings with Quality Operations.

Manage and Communicate Information/Provide Data

  • Provides metrics on a monthly basis.

  • Authoring, review and approval of Quality Systems Complaints related procedures

  • Supports the ExM team for preparing for area and regional Quality Council meetings in addition to provision of relevant information/metrics for presentation

  • approval, ongoing maintenance of the system.

  • Delivery of complaints related training to all relevant site personnel.

  • Participate in monthly Quality Council meeting, as required.

  • Prepare trend and status reports as required for complaints.

  • Prepare and update training documents, courses and assessments for complaints related documents.

Manage People/Interactions with People

  • Liaise with complaint originators, Quality Operations and CMO’s to ensure a thorough complaint investiagtion.

  • Communicates document issues.

  • Communicates status of complaints when requested.

  • Support all complaints meetings on site.

Improve standards of complaint management on site through effective training and timely feedback on trends/issues identified.

Required Competencies:


  • Bachelor Degree in Sciences or related fields

  • At least 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical Companies

  • Desirable expertise in using Trackwise and Document Management Systems

  • Desirable understanding of Sterile, Tablets and Biologics products

  • Good time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to multi-task numerous complaints

  • Ability to work with initiative

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills;


  • Confident public speaker.

  • Flexible and motivated

  • Ability to achieve targets and milestones
