Ericsson Product Introduction (PI) Onsite Engineer in Athlone, Ireland

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Product Introduction (PI) Onsite Engineer to support the product introduction of ENM into customer networks. Your role will include all product release activities such as: requirement analysis, technical leadership, support of customer activities, troubleshooting and communication (towards the customer unit and internally in PDU OSS).

Responsibilities:

  • Support the PI Project Manager & the PI team with technical expertise for a successful introduction
  • Field Test Object List (FTOL) execution
  • Basic troubleshooting and TR handling guidance to the customer unit (CU)
  • Interface to ENM PDU design areas
  • Performing system checks and monitoring
  • Detect and prevent potential and known issues
  • Awareness of all on-site FOA activities to facilitate FOA
  • Progress reporting to FOA stakeholders in PDU
  • Attendance at relevant weekly FOA execution meetings
  • Monitor upgrades
