Symantec Inside Territory Account Manager - Spain in Blanchardstown, Ireland

The Role:

As part of the Commercial Sales team, it will be your duty to qualify, develop and close sales for Symantec, driving new business

and incremental revenue growth for an assigned commercial territory, meeting or exceeding assigned individual/team targets.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, develop and close sales for Symantec through active engagement with the Symantec Channel eco-system.

  • Drive new business and customer acquisition campaigns (cold-call/warm-call) for an assigned commercial territory.

  • Partners with Territory Account Managers to build and execute territory plans.

  • Responsible for expanding accounts through pro-active up-sell campaigns.

  • Manages the inbound lead activity in their territory, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunity in

  • prospect accounts.

  • Attain KPIs related to new business acquisition, and territory plan attainment through interlock with regional

  • leadership priorities.

  • Develop and maintain accurate whitespace and account contact information in SFDC.

  • Schedule and set up demos for potential customers to be performed by Symantec’s Inside Technical Office.

  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close.

Experience

  • Previous experience of working within an IT/Software related business environment.

  • Knowledge and experience of SFDC CRM system advantageous.

  • Proven track record of New Business Inside Sales success.

  • Accreditations

  • Educated to degree level or relevant business experience.

  • Language certification advantageous.
