Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team are hiring a motivated Global Sourcer to join our team in Dublin 15 then. The Global Sourcers are responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of talent into the organization across the different Regions and functions across EMEA. Candidates with a business degree would be an advantage and some experience working across multiple functions in a Global company. Enterprise Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Tech etc.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for various different business groups
Screen applicants for qualifications, availability, interest level, relocation needs, etc.
Attend and support both internal and external recruiting events.
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
Drive and develop creative sourcing strategies and techniques that will help identify and attract
Provide a great candidate and client experience at every opportunity
Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
Previous experience of sourcing tools such as job boards, networking, online social networking, and general research capability or experience in a human resources or recruiting role working collaboratively with others will be an asset
Experience recruiting high-volume roles is preferred
A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career
Experience with Workday Recruiter ATS is desirable
