The Business Operations Leadership Development Graduate Program runs over 36 months and divided into three 12 month rotations. This allows participants to acquire a comprehensive understanding of DellEMC’s Business Operations and Go-To-Market Strategy. Candidates rotate through different roles, gaining valuable experience in a variety of operational, analytical, and financial areas, in addition, candidates will receive ongoing training through a formal, cross-functional curriculum provided throughout the duration of the program. Rotations are available in a variety of areas managed within Country Business Operations including Sales Strategy and Planning, Product Operations, Business Planning & Control, Data Analytics & Reporting (Enterprise Analytics Group); Pricing; Channel Operations, OEM, GCCS and HQ specific activities.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Collects, analyzes and interprets a wide variety of data and develops regular business reports

  • Performs necessary analysis and Financial summaries pertaining to the business

  • Works to identify any system issues and then works with the relevant stakeholders to get these resolved

  • May works to provide business KPI overviews and also provide relevant commentary to the business

  • Works as part of a remote team dealing with team members based both within EMEA and other regions Globally to support the business


  • Strong problem solver

  • Ability and experience in managing large data sets using excel to analyze this data

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Ability to work as part of a cross functional team / remote team

  • Comfort in dealing with multiple business information

  • Financial and analytical experience

  • Strong communication skills
