VMware Inside Sales Representative - Dutch in Cork, Ireland
The VMware Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with Fluent Dutch to come and join a growing team in Ireland. We are looking for local Netherlands candidates that are interested in relocating to our Cork office in South West Ireland for 18 months-2 years. The goal is the promote the team members into a field sales role and return to the Netherlands to grow the market.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
VMware is seeking highly motivated individuals for Inside Sales positions. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is primarily responsible for developing and driving transactional business within specified territories for VMware.
This position requires excellent communication skills that result in meeting or exceeding the assigned revenue targets for the specified territories. You will need to interact with our Channel Ecosystem, Field sales Teams and cross functional departments to improve the total Customer Experience.
The ISR is responsible for all duties from prospecting to closing accounts with the channel sales team and Territory Executives for the territories they support. As an ISR within VMware, you will be responsible to:
Be a key member and contributor to the EMEA Sales and Field Marketing teams
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, industry trends, and competition
Maintain current and accurate account and contact information within our internal databases
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements.
Build and develop customer relationships for both opportunity engagement as well as longer-term collaboration with a strong track record in Remote Sales Management
Actively promote VMware’s suite of solutions, products and services to prospects, customers and partners (placing focus upon selected PowerPlay products)
Work closely with our Channel Ecosystem, demonstrate the scalability of partners and run Ad+ opportunity registrations within territory
Engage actively in Cross sell & Up-sell sales activities which drive incremental VMware solution adoption amongst the existing VMware customer base.
Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections
Update forecast and opportunity details within Salesforce.com to ensure accurate territory forecasts as well as driving, controlling and taking responsibility for the weekly sales forecast
General territory administrative duties such as special pricing forms, re-assignment management, customer/partner issues
Ensure orders are placed correctly in the VMware Sales tool.
You are fluent in the Dutch Language
You will be a persistent, self-starter with a track record of successful, credible follow-up and unsolicited calling in to multiple executive levels within an organization
You have proven successful experience in Software and/or Hardware Inside Sales, preferably in IT or similar industry.
You have previous experience in pre-call planning, call structure & control, opportunity qualification and objection handling
You will have excellent time and territory management skills
You have a consistent track record within an automated sales environment where accurate data entry and management of a CRM system was required.
You are a phenomenal teammate with the ability to work within our high-energy sales team environment and have a desire to work in collaboration within the team for broader success.
Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure
You have a positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills and hold the highest level of integrity
You hold the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
You are proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
You have a good understanding of datacenter / computing technology and are comfortable discussing technology with customers
You hold a college/university degree or have the equivalent work experience
Additional European languages are a distinct advantage.
Sales training, Siebel and Salesforce.com experience
