Meets business needs through the delivery of highly complex high value equipment into a Medical Devices manufacturing environment.
Leader in project management and equipment purchase, build, validation and transfer into manufacturing of e.g. >$1.5MM capital equipment for new processes
Delivers best practice project management, scopes project timelines, identifies critical path & reacts on own initiative to ensure project deliverables are exceeded.
Drive for results, leads high-performing teams, promotes engineering and validation best practice, mentors other engineers, is an SME for project management
Manages projects of significant size working closely with other functions to ensure that organisation goals are met.
Adopts a lead role in projects, progress meetings.
Responsible for procuring suitable equipment with budgetary responsibility.
Ensures performance standards are met and addresses any performance or conduct issues.
Provide SME support for process equipment to internal ADC departments including the timely support of ERs / CAPAs. •
Provide SME input to internal and external audits as required.
Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for EHS performance and compliance through active participation and support of Abbotts EHS Program.
Keep up to date with the latest technological developments within the medical device /pharmaceutical industry and identify opportunities to use at ADC.
