We are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in contributing to successful client relationships within the SMB industry. You will be responsible for making sure that clients renew their contracts with LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ products and services. You will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure there is engagement in products through discovery, training and ultimately guaranteeing the investment made in LTS best meets the clients’ needs.
The primary responsibilities of the Associate Relationship Manager are to:
- Proactive selling and growing the account off-cycle is a key aspect of the success of a Relationship Manager. This is not just an Account Manager or renewals job. LinkedIn Relationship Managers are sales people and thrive on growing their book of business by creating value.

During the first 30 days, you will:
Learn about the business, the team and LinkedIn’s platform and products and associated tools to enable success in your role.
Understand the critical importance of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions to our clients.
Optimize your LinkedIn profile to start building your online reputation by adding media rich content and compelling information regarding LinkedIn's Hire, Market, Sell strategy
During the first 60 days, you will:
Arrange calls with key decision makers of your pre-defined customer portfolio of clients. Begin to build relationships and conduct on-boarding meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Understand your customers’ business needs and drivers and develop/present bespoke solutions with the view of closing business in line with and to exceed your quarterly quota.
Have a defined territory plan that includes goals and objectives, account analysis and action points.
Be able to negotiate renewals by addressing pricing, margin, commercial issues.
After 90 days, you will:
Have completed your first quarterly business review meeting with every client and established a regular program of reviews.
Be able to build a pipeline and reliably forecast in a transparent manner.
Have demonstrated proactive selling by growing your first accounts off-cycle through add-on product sales.
Continually review and update your LinkedIn profile on an ongoing basis, ensuring that you are sharing fresh contents and insights.
After 12 months you will:
Have delivered/exceeded against your annual revenue targets selling unique solutions that connect talent with opportunity on a massive scale and change the way businesses operate.
Have delivered an exceptional client experience and become a trusted advisor by supporting your customers’ business needs with excellence. Your customers will be sharing with their peers and industry partners the positive experiences of working with their LinkedIn Relationship Manager.
Be positioned as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally, having worked on projects outside your core role to improve the team, bring value to your manager and to benefit the company and member base as a whole
Native Swedish and fluent English is a must
1+ year’s sales or relationship management experience in a comparable environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
A hunger for sales & long term relationship building
Experience with recruitment media and recruiting
Experience working in the recruitment consultant or staffing industry
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals in a high-growth company environment
Established reputation as a high integrity, top performer who collaborates closely with others to achieve both individual and team goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
This role is based in Dublin so applicants must be eligible to work in the EU without restriction
