Responsibilities:
Experienced individual required tomanage Import / export compliance across all EMEA & APAC countries
Identify and maintain sustainable efficientprocesses to ensure on-time delivery with no interruption to supply of ourproducts to our global customer base.
Provide guidance and training tothe Global team regarding product restrictions and requirements for export
Project management for internalcustomers from product source to product delivery
Effectively and conciselycommunicate order status to internal customers ensuring adequate alternativesare proposed when necessary.
Proactively meet with internal customers
Liaise with 3rd party serviceproviders, internal Global TradeCompliance and VAT / Tax teams
Create , maintain and updateprocess documentation
Reportingdaily/weekly KPI’s to management updating on challenges and proposedresolutions.
Ensure departmentquality incidents are investigated thoroughly and adequate corrective plans putin place to prevent re-occurrence in line with internal timelines.

SkillsRequired:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chainor related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience inan import / export trade compliance role
Global HS codes and productclassification to support Non EU exports
Demonstrated trade compliancebackground in import /export operations
Project management experience
Advanced experience of Excel,PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
Successful, multi-year track recordin Project Management, with Internal Customer management experience preferred.
Strong communication and analyticalskills.
Exceptional negotiation skills anda passion for reducing costs.
Fluent in English and additionallanguage skills is a plus
Skilled communicator (written andverbal) with strong presentation skills
