Description MAIN JOB PURPOSE: The main purpose of this role is to ensure best possible return on assets from the IC cabinet stock in support of the Irish OOH business; holding 3 External Providers to account for delivery of operational KPI’s.
Optimising on data/process from the IT cabinet operations management system (COM) to drive costs and carbon reduction decisions with Business Partners (internal & external) whist maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
This is a Business Partnering Role of both CD (Cust Development) and Finance and will require management of 3 Providers.
The incumbent will need to be able to work with a level of autonomy & independence, requiring minimal directional input from management.
There are no direct reports or line management responsibility.
Manage Cabinet activities to ensure the best possible return on assets (ROA); including financial modelling and developing plans to improve; working with the CD enact plan and review results.
Participate in the setting of Cabinet performance objectives each year which further optimise the cabinet operation, improve Return on Assets and place the country in the best possible position to compete for CapEx.
Manage/ coordinate the CapEx planning process; utilising trend analysis to inform recommendations of refurbishment vs. new cabinet balance.
Ensure best practice processes are continuously engaged and improved in the cabinet operation. Participate in European cabinet forums/communities to learn from and contribute to European wide best practices.
Provide timely reports to Country and European management on cabinet performance ensuring that the COM IT system is working adequately to provide this information in an accurate and timely way.
Track cabinet performance KPI's on a timely basis and make recommendations (and action where applicable) to enable adjustments to be made in day to day operations which optimise cabinet performance in terms of costs, inventory, asset utilisation, placement and service levels.
Act as Business Partner to CD and Finance teams; positively challenging business assumptions to ensure ROA is not compromised SL.
Manage the service providers: logistics, call centre and field services providers to ensure their service levels are met and their costs are optimised.
With CD business partners; support third party Concessionaire communications on all cabinet related activities to ensure their needs are met.
Ensure data integrity within COM IT system and manage relationship with Galileo [European Sales BI reporting cube] and SAP to ensure information alignment.
Act as initial POC for 3 external providers for ad hoc requests/non-standard requests for approval.
With support of Finance Business Partner; be accountable for sign off of monthly provider invoices after checking accuracy and progress against budget.
Manage Contingency process in the event of systems downtime.
Lead for the contract renewal/ tendering process in conjunction with Line Manager.
