Department Overview

Dublin Asset Servicing is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a range of different corporate event types across multiple markets. The department interfaces directly with local market entities including depositary, counterparts and regulators as well as internal Citi lines of business, internal and external clients. The Citi Asset Servicing department is a varied, fast paced, challenging and enjoyable place to work and has something for everyone. Team/Position Overview

The Service team of 16 individuals deliver professional, high quality support and reply on any corporate action/ Income issues clients may have via email or telephone, working with the client and internal or external parties to achieve resolution. For clients, the service team is the face of Citi. They are the team that carry out client reviews, client calls/visits, provide statistics and comparisons, educate clients and develop relationships with clients to better understand their needs. The service team work in a dynamic environment with exposure to many other internal departments and operations teams including tax, settlements, country management, client executives, technology and product. We manage enquiries for over 100 global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Respond to Client Enquiries in relation to Income / Corp actions queries

•Manage corporate actions relationship with clients

•Act as a direct point of contact for internal and external senior client representatives

•Accurately capture MIS and process client information packs for distribution to clients at each month end

•Educate clients in respect of understanding Citi’s proprietary systems / market practices

•Liaise with processing unit to highlight common issues and recommended procedural changes or system enhancements

•Participate in regular client service calls and represent the department at client meetings and visits


Experience and Skills

•Good analytical / multitasking / organisational skills with high level of attention to detail

•Strong influencing ability

•Ability to anticipate potential follow up enquiries

•Strong computer skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Client Service/Client Relationship Management experience

•Custody background/Asset servicing knowledge required
