Within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better and support end-to-end SAP implementations. Teams within CoE specialise in areas such as Mobile/UX, HANA, Operations, Innovation Lab, Analytics and Financial Services.

As a Service Delivery Engineer within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) you will have the opportunity to apply software development methodologies in, and improve the experience of, areas such as supporting customers in all phases of implementation projects with valuable services and empowerment & development.
You will provide onsite and remote customer during implementation project delivery and deliver engineering, assessment and optimization services primarily to EMEA, North and South America. You will also provide BackOffice support for critical issue resolution in your specific area of expertise.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Our Service Delivery Engineers align to different areas and we are hiring across a range of functions.
Core Mobility Products: in this area, you will:
Deliver assessment and optimization services for products like the SAP Mobile Platform, Syclo, Agentry etc. onsite and remote
Provide Backoffice support
Contribute to resolve customer escalations with expertise in core Mobility topics
Fiori and SAPUI5: in this area, you will:
Empower customers on adopting SAP’s latest UX offerings with a strong focus on Fiori applications by delivering UX Strategy, Platform setup and System Administration workshops
Optimize performance of Fiori applications in customer systems
Develop SAPUI5 applications through the application of extensive programming skills in real customer implementation or engineering projects to develop innovative solutions or customer enhancements
Integration Services Development: in this area, you will:
Develop services (OData, XSEngine, CDS views etc.), which allow to connect SAP backends with UI5 applications
Empower customers on the development or enhancement of such services
Optimize performance of Fiori applications in customer systems
Troubleshoot Fiori applications end to end
Cloud Platform and SAP Leonardo: in this area, you will:
Empower customers to use SAP’s latest technologies like SCP and Leonardo
Deliver as an architect or developer on the cloud platform

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ability and Willingness to talk and present to customers
Willingness to deliver onsite at customer sites all around the world and working late shifts from time to time to support customers in North and South America
Analytical skills to analyse and understand complex customer systems landscapes and troubleshoot issues in customer systems
German or Spanish language knowledge is a plus
You should have practical experience or knowledge in the following areas:
