The Q Branch Creative Strategy team within Salesforce provides a unique form of creative advisory service to our top customers. We enable executives to rethink what it means to be a customer, partner or employee of their organization by blending analysis, vision, ideation, storytelling, business case development and rapid application development.
We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals to contribute as Creative Strategists on our team to envision the future. You will be creating concepts and designs for our most strategic customers, working alongside our Solution Engineers to shape innovation that delivers real business value. Ideal candidate has a passion for design thinking, visual design, strategy & innovation and delivering working solutions!
Customer experience strategy, choreograph the interactions between people and a brand's products and services to envision future opportunities
Collaborate with and support teams to build ‘Connected Customer’ scenarios & storyboards and translate stories to compelling visuals
Rapidly create prototypes that can run on the Salesforce platform
Maintain a user-centered design approach as you tackle complex design problems
Balance great design with business goals and meeting tight deadlines
Clearly demonstrate customer-centric design thinking and approach
Self-motivated, a good communicator, collaborative working style, and able to balance quality deliverables with tight deadlines
Communicate your ideas, sketches, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and overall design decisions to a variety of key non-design stakeholders
Ability to translate story to visuals and quickly craft differentiated custom solutions on a variety of projects
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Experience designing for web and mobile devices
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch, and InVision/Marvel App (prototyping tools), Powerpoint/Keynote
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, accessibility, mobile apps, and analytics
A professional portfolio demonstrating both visual and interaction design experience
