Key Responsibilities

  • Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests; builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products, and services.

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.

  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs; independently gathers information.

  • Adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities; accepts responsibility for results of actions.

  • Works with team to support achievement of sales goals and deliver on customer service levels.

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Highly motivated and results orientated

  • Ability to identify how Dell products and services align to customer needs

  • Ability to teach and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities

Desirable Requirements

  • Educated to degree level

  • Experience or education related to I.T.

  • Basic indirect Leadership skills

  • Personal effectiveness
